SAS/ACCESS® Interface to SAP BW

The SAS/ACCESS Interface to SAP BW provides easy access to SAP AG's Business Information Warehouse enabling you to incorporate data stored in SAP BW for a variety of interactive and dynamic tasks, including advanced reporting, data analysis, data warehousing and business intelligence.

Via a remote function call (RFC) connection and reporting code embedded in SAP, SAS manages the metadata-driven extraction from SAP BW. Accessing the data through the BW Application Server, the interface makes use of SAP's own users and access rights and is capable of extracting and integrating all data from BW into SAS warehouses, data marts and solutions.

Like its sister product, SAS/ACCESS Interface to SAP R/3, SAS/ACCESS Interface to SAP BW uses SAP's standard RFC interface and ABAP technology. By utilizing these standards, the SAS/ACCESS interface provides easy access to data housed in your SAP systems.

SAS/ACCESS Interface to SAP BW provides:
