The Wellness program is designed to assist employees and their families in achieving optimal health and well-being in five areas: emotional, intellectual, physical, social and spiritual.
Ongoing classes and programs include:
- Diabetes self-management.
- Prenatal to cradle.
- Wellness seminars on various topics throughout the year.
- Wellness profiles – assessments to help evaluate your health risks and current fitness level.
- Yoga and Tai' Chi classes.
