The RFC offers personal training utilizing Nautilus and cardiovascular equipment, free weights and a variety of other apparatuses to meet workout needs. Participants may choose from several personal training options, including FasTracks, personal training and easy-to-follow online training program outlines for exercisers at all fitness levels.
In order to meet with a personal trainer, participants must have the following completed forms available:
- Either: A health check from the SAS Health Care Center.
- Or: Medical Evaluation(PDF) form completed by your primary care provider.
- And: Personal Training Request Form (available from the RFC).
A safety orientation is required before using the Nautilus or strength training equipment at the RFC. Please indicate on your Personal Training Request Form that you are interested in the FasTrack option.
Personal trainers at the RFC are available to meet and discuss personal fitness goals and will develop a personalized program to help reach these goals. To take advantage of this program, please complete a Personal Training Request Form and a trainer will contact you to set up an appointment.
