Within the US, an on-site health care center is provided at the worldwide headquarters in Cary, NC and at the Austin, TX office. The HCC's mission is to provide comprehensive health care services that promote optimal health.

Since 1984, SAS has provided an on-site health care center (HCC) at its worldwide headquarters in Cary, NC to assist employees with their health care needs. On February 1, 1996, the HCC became a primary care family practice providing primary health care services to employees and their dependents who are covered by the SAS health insurance plan.

The HCC's clinical staff includes family nurse practitioners, physicians, registered dietitians/nutritionists, nurses, medical laboratory technologists, a psychologist and physical therapists.
