Wim A. Van der Stede is CIMA Professor of Accounting and Financial Management at the London School of Economics and Political Science. His research interests include budgeting, performance measurement and evaluation, incentive compensation, risk management and enterprise governance. His research has won several awards, including the American Accounting Association Notable Contribution to Management Accounting Literature Award. Most recently his article on enterprise governance won the IFAC Article of Merit Award for Professional Accountants in Business.
