PwC has an integrated methodology that covers project management and contains specific detailed, tailored methodologies for functional areas including data warehousing, information technology infrastructure, data resource management, disaster contingency planning, performance measurement, management analytics, information systems risk management, systems development - custom software, systems development - package implementation, strategic information systems planning, and process improvement.

Knowledge transfer is a key activity incorporated into all our projects. In cases where knowledge transfer requirements call for it, PwC deploys its Center for Performance Improvement initiative to develop and implement formal knowledge transfer and training programs.
