AmdocsSAS and Amdocs established a global strategic alliance in February of 2005, with initial focus on the Communications Service Provider (CSP) market, which includes the world’s leading telecommunications providers.
The alliance centers on Amdocs’ Integrated Customer Management or ICM vision, which entails leveraging customer intelligence to deliver an intentional customer experience. SAS customer analytics, business intelligence and customer intelligence solutions, combined with Amdocs solutions and expertise in operational CRM and billing systems, allow customers to realize the ICM vision. In 2006, Amdocs developed and delivered analytics and SAS MA connectors which provide direct access to Amdocs CRM and billing data. These connectors will facilitate joint SAS-Amdocs implementations. SAS and Amdocs recently announced a partnership with Amdocs’ Financial Services Division and launched a new joint solution.
