Dear Readers,

I’m so interested in what SAS users, like you, do. I have a great lineup to whom I've introduced myself, and now, I’d like to start introducing them to you. This month, I’ve learned a little about a SAS user named Sy Truong, a software engineer in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. Please let me introduce you.

Truong has a long list of published SAS conference papers, and yet, he was still excited when he received the award for Best Contributed Paper at SAS Global Forum 2009: Cloud Computing with SAS®: Software Is Going through a Fundamental Shift from Shrink-Wrapped in a Box to the Cloud.

His blog combines a healthy dose of work tips and personal anecdotes, and he microblogs on Twitter as @sytruongus. If you’re a pharmaceutical programmer and planning to attend WUSS 2009, look into his pre-conference CDISC course.
