Dear Readers, Monday, Oct. 22, will be a big day for those of us who work on our customer Web site, support.sas.com. That's the day the world will see our redesigned site. Here's a quick overview of the four main areas of the site:
- Knowledge Base is the self-help section of the site. It gives you immediate access to information like install center and product documentation.
- Support is the place to go when you've looked for answers, but still need help. You'll find Tech Support in the area.
- Learning Center builds upon your SAS knowledge, by giving you links to books, training, certification and more.
- Community allows you to communicate with us and your peers. Blogs, user events, e-newsletters and more are housed in this area.
As with anything new, there may be some issues we need to work out, so I hope you'll be patient with us. You can help by letting us know if you find any bad links. And some of your old bookmarks may no longer be valid, so I encourage you to create new ones as you find pages that are helpful to you.
