Dear Readers,

If you read my editor's note last month, you heard a little about the new way we plan to communicate with you. It was a tease, I admit, so here are the details: We're entering the blogging world! We have created a blog to let you know about the changes coming to support.sas.com. We'll outline the changes to the look and navigation of the site, tell you which links have changed, give you sneak peeks of the new functionality, and provide you with help for the new design. You'll find all this, and more, at blogs.sas.com/supportnews.

Check it out today, and be sure to post a comment. We want to know what you're thinking!

Editor, SAS Tech Report
