In SAS Programming 1: Essentials, you will learn how to:
- Use SAS Studio and SAS Enterprise Guide to write and submit SAS programs.
- Access SAS, Microsoft Excel and text data.
- Explore and validate data.
- Use SQL in SAS to query and join tables.
In SAS Programming 2: Data Manipulation Techniques, you will learn how to:
- Understand and control DATA step processing.
- Create an accumulating column and process data in groups.
- Manipulate data with functions and process repetitive code.

SAS® Machine Learning Prep Course

Learn to find data insights using machine learning and AI technologies.
This two-day live web course is for slightly more advanced learners, helping you develop and train supervised learning models with SAS Model Studio in SAS Viya.
The course helps prepare you to earn a machine learning certification.
You'll learn SAS Machine Learning using SAS Viya and get hands-on mentoring on SAS Model Studio in SAS Viya, as well as certification prep.
You will learn how to:
- Use different techniques associated with supervised machine learning models.
- Solve business problems using technology concepts and the analytical approach.
- Implement the steps of the analytical life cycle, from problem understanding to model deployment, through data preparation, feature selection, model training and validation, and model assessment and deployment.
