With over 25 years of global HR leadership experience across the technology industry, Mann is a trusted advisor to the business on all matters related to talent, leadership and workforce transformation.
As CHRO, Mann has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s talent philosophy, focusing on acquiring, developing, rewarding and retaining top talent. She takes a data-driven approach to building a people-first culture, emphasizing well-being, leadership development, employee engagement, performance management and organizational design. Under her leadership, SAS has implemented several high-impact initiatives aimed at building a resilient, inclusive and high-performing workplace culture. She is known for combining strategic vision with operational excellence, using data-driven insights and deep organizational empathy to shape environments where people thrive and business results follow.
A recognized voice on workplace culture, Mann’s insights have been featured in The Wall Street Journal, CNN, U.S. News & World Report and The Huffington Post. She has been honored as HRO Magazine’s Chief Human Resources Officer of the Year and named one of WomenInc’s Most Influential Corporate Directors.
Beyond her role at SAS, Mann serves on the boards of United Community Bank – where she chairs the Talent and Compensation Committee – Meredith College, OnBoardNC and NC State University’s Poole College of Management Advisory Board. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and business from Meredith College.
