SAS ranks No. 3 among Brazil’s Top Employers

For the fifth consecutive year, SAS Brazil has been certified among the country’s best employers, according to the Top Employers 2017 survey. The world-renowned certification is conducted in more than 130 countries by the Top Employers Institute.

The recognition is the result of an in-depth evaluation of SAS’ Human Resources best practices. These include primary and secondary benefits, such as training and development, career development, and culture management (scheduling flexibility, recognition, wellness policies, etc.). To be certified as Top Employers, participating companies must complete a rigorous research process and meet high standards.

“Being recognized among the top three  for five years in a row shows our motivation and commitment to all our employees,” said Tato Athanase, HR Manager of SAS Brazil. Athanase noted that the company meets a high level of performance in HR and stands by policies and practices that help to attract and retain talent.

"Cultivating HR best practices has always been a priority for SAS and has earned this recognition,” he added.

SAS also offers intangible benefits, such as a mentoring program, career tracks posted on the intranet, a nutritionist, a masseuse, and an Employee Assistance Program that offers legal, financial and psychological assistance to employees and their families.
