The company placed third among 50 in the category of companies with between 100-250 employees, remaining in the top three positions for the second consecutive year and in the top five for the third time
Congratulations to SAS Spain, which has been ranked the No. 3 best workplace by the Great Place to Work Institute. The company placed third among 50 in the category of companies with between 100-250 employees, remaining in the top three positions for the second consecutive year and in the top five for the third time.
At SAS Spain, some of the most important benefits are related to flexible hours, encouraging collaboration and a good office atmosphere, as well as investments in professional development and training plans.
The total compensation package was strengthened this year with regard to pension, medical coverage and a new holiday/vacation program. The office also provides space for leisure, sports and health activities, subsidies for the child care, and career support, which also help maintain a healthy work-life balance for employees.
SAS Spain is “proud to continue to be recognized as one of the five best companies to work within our category for the third consecutive year,” said Christian Gardiner, General Manager of SAS Iberia.
“We are experiencing continued growth and, at the same time, continuing to satisfy employees,” he said. “The award reflects the way we integrate the performance of the company with the well-being and motivation of the staff.”
The Great Place to Work Institute also recognized Inaki Delgado, Director of Human Resources for SAS Iberia, as an “Ambassador of the Brand,” for the work he carried out in the reporting of the SAS workplace model, which led to SAS Spain being named a great place to work.
