EARLY CAREER PROGRAMS

Find meaningful work at SAS that moves your career – and the world – forward.

SAS isn’t just looking for graduates. We’re looking for the right graduates. From day one you’ll contribute, work hard and be challenged to push yourself. Our full-time, paid academy roles are designed to bridge the gap between academic life and your first full-time role at SAS. An extensive training course located at our world headquarters in Cary, NC, is designed to transfer knowledge of SAS® products, technical skills and necessary resources to prepare you for a successful career. We offer three unique academy opportunities:

Worldwide Marketing Rotational Program

Marketing Rotational is a two-year program designed to prepare participants for a dynamic and successful career in Marketing. During this training period, participants will learn about SAS as a company, our products, and our core marketing practices. When the in-classroom training is complete, participants will rotate over a two-year period through several areas of marketing. Upon completion of the rotations, you will be placed within our marketing organization according to your best fit and SAS’ business needs.

We also hire new graduates and early career professionals into regular full-time roles as well, all throughout the year.

Our awards help us attract top talent like you.

Hear What Our Graduates Had to Say

What I loved about SAS’ sales program is the impact it had on me emotionally. Yes it prepared me for software sales, and yes it provided an opportunity to network with a plethora of industry-leading talent. What I uniquely valued and appreciated about the program is how it functioned as a family, rather than a pressure boiler. You truly come out on the other side stronger than before and with a closely knit network of like-minded individuals. I’ve never experienced anything like this; it’s amazing. Dionys Gragousian Account Executive SAS

"So my best advice ... really be comfortable communicating with different groups of people. Because consulting is a lot about understanding people. Understanding their problems."

Patrick Campbell, Sr. Associate Account Executive, CFS Banking Team 1, SAS

"As far as my team, we’re continually talking and discussing different topics or questions with one another. There’s never a bad question to ask. They’re always there to help you out."

Kelly Hobson, Associate Analytical Consultant, Analytics Delivery and Global Enablement, SAS

"The consultants here really know how a new employee feels and what resources they need in order to succeed in their job. And they really support us."

Kunal Shah, Senior Associate Technical Consultant, Platform Services, SAS

Want to learn more? Our recruiters will be at a campus near you.

SAS recruiters will be visiting several universities during the year to speak directly with potential candidates. If a face-to-face discussion will help you decide which program is the best fit, let’s talk. Check back in August for more details.
