New players, new business models and changing customer needs are forcing the industry to respond to the digital disruption. Much of this is by providing a digitized, omnichannel experience for customers.
Complexity is ruining progress. Regulation, dependence on physical distribution channels such as broker network, agents or bancassurance and the nature of products are just a few examples of complexity. These create communication barriers for Insurers with their customers. This in turn contributes to low brand loyalty and retention. Industry leaders recognize that to succeed in Digital transformation they need to intensify and enhance the quality of Customer communication. Collaboration with agents and brokers while implementing this strategy is also a must.
For over a decade I have been trusted to lead business development strategy in Insurance in EMEA region supporting our customers. My focus has been around meaningful Analytical Transformation of insurance companies. My design priority has been the blending together of machine learning and other advanced applications with Human Intelligence. Together with local teams we have guided customers on technology and process innovation helping them efficiently face market challenges and succeed in their Customer-centric approach.
