 Company bonus
Every year you will be eligible for a Company bonus, paid in February. Instead of a bonus, sales people will be offered an extremely attractive commission scheme.


 Pension
We offer a truly impressive pension which lets you contribute a minimum of 2.5% of base salary into your fund. SAS will contribute 2.5% during your first six-24 months of service, and 10% of your base salary to you after two years' service.


 Health and medical insurance
We will offer you Permanent Health Insurance and a Private Medical Insurance scheme through Bupa. You will also have life assurance of four times your base salary.


 Holiday allowance
You will be given 25 days each year. You will also have the option to buy and sell days to give you added flexibility around your personal time.


 Cycle to Work
We also operate Cycle to Work and Childcare Voucher schemes.


 Subsidised food
And last but not least, we have a fantastic and heavily subsidised restaurant, with a constantly changing menu – including a 'made to order' chef area.


 Gym allowance
You will receive a £500 gym allowance. That means no excuses!


 Car allowance (If applicable)
Dependent on the grade of your role at SAS, you could be eligible for a car allowance. This is paid to you monthly.
