SAS Careers UK & Ireland

At SAS, your curiosity matters – whether you're developing algorithms, creating customer experiences or answering critical questions.
Curiosity is our code, and the opportunities here are endless.

"At SAS, we believe our people make a difference, we recognise that having diverse and inclusive teams enables us to attract, retain and grow talented individuals that don't just support and drive our culture of authenticity and trust but that add to it." Roderick Crawford Vice President & Country Manager SAS UK & Ireland

The SAS UK & Ireland headquarters are situated on the beautiful 110 acre Wittington Estate on the banks of the river Thames near Marlow. SAS has additional offices in London, Manchester, Glasgow and Dublin, and our flexible working practice allows our employees to spend time between one of our fantastic workplaces, their home office, and their customers.

We often hear that it is not only our software but our people that set us apart from our competitors. This difference is underpinned by our values, our working environment and our approach to our customers and partners.

At SAS, it’s never been about fitting into the culture, it’s about adding to it. We value the employee’s whole self and the uniqueness of their experience, perspectives, and ideas. As innovators, we rely on the creativity and variety of thinking of our people to create our ground-breaking software, compelling customer solutions and dynamic work team.

SAS is continually recognised as the best place for it’s energised, creative and inclusive culture, as well as an innovative company improving our world through trusted AI and Analytics. Year after year, SAS is named as the best workplace in the UK & Ireland.

What our employees say

Having been at SAS now for 10 years, there is no organisation I would rather work for than this one. Being someone who thrives in a diverse and nurturing environment, but who also relishes positive change and a challenge, I’ve been lucky enough to find all of those things and more. There are opportunities for everyone at SAS, and ideas are welcomed from every corner of our company. SAS is that rare example of a collection of people who truly aspire to live by our principles and ethos every day. Nicola Furlong Director Sales Public Sector SAS UK & Ireland
Working at SAS made me feel valued from day 1. There is a real strong and close community at SAS to thrive to support one another, no matter who you are, which is inestimable as a new joiner from University. SAS is an incredible place to learn and grow with so many knowledgeable people around you. I’ve loved every day more than the last. Haidar Altaie Data Scientist SAS UK & Ireland
