What is SAS Learning Subscription?
SAS Learning Subscription is an annual training subscription that gives an individual learner access to SAS’ complete digital course catalog with 250+ courses. It is designed to help learners build SAS skills through self-paced courses, certification preparation materials, hands-on software practice and digital course badges.
What is included in the free trial?
The free trial includes 7 days of access to the digital learning content included in the subscription. It also includes course completion badges and certification preparation materials where available.
What is included in the paid subscription?
The paid annual subscription includes access to all digital learning for the selected content area, certification preparation materials where available, hands-on virtual lab hours to practice using SAS software, and digital course badges when courses are completed.
Does the paid subscription include instructor-led training?
No. The paid subscription includes digital learning, certification preparation materials, hands-on virtual lab hours and digital course badges. It does not include instructor-led training or special events.
How long does a paid subscription last?
A paid SAS Learning Subscription provides access for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Can a subscription be shared?
No. Each SAS Learning Subscription or free trial is for one individual learner and is non-transferable.
How do learners access the paid subscription after purchase?
After purchase, SAS sends a subscription welcome notification that includes a unique activation code. Learners use that activation code to access their subscription.
Is new course content added to the subscription?
Yes. As courses are updated or new courses are released for the selected subscription topic area, they are added to the subscription.
Is learning progress saved when a subscription is renewed?
Yes. Learning progress is associated with the learner’s SAS profile, so progress is saved as long as the subscription remains active.
Can teams purchase SAS Learning Subscription?
Yes. Enterprise subscriptions are available for teams, and multiuser tiered discounts may be available. Organizations interested in team subscriptions can contact SAS for details.
Are any discounts available?
Yes. Academics, including educators, students and staff, are encouraged to explore SAS’ free academic programs. Some countries may also offer discounts for military veterans.
