SAS has been working with partners for many years now, but with analytics being key to growth, competitive advantage or efficiency and effectiveness it is an opportunity to ensure that all companies have the opportunity to adopt SAS solutions, whatever the industry or size.
Working with a range of partners from System Integrators (SIs), Value Added Resellers (VARs) or Technology Partners, SAS has two central aims for its strategy.
- Grow its industry-specific solutions footprint. SAS industry solutions, such as fraud frameworks for financial organisations or demand forecasting for retail, can be offered as a complete analytics platform for resale by value added resellers (VARs) and system integrators (SIs) or embedded in technical and vertical industry partners' own solutions.
- Extend the use of big data analytics into more small and medium businesses. Through a combination of function focused and entry-level analytics solutions, and cloud/outsourced service provision, SAS and its channel network will be able to offer organisations a scalable way to realise data's revenue potential.
