SAS China Named “Top Employer China” for the 11th Consecutive Year

SAS China has been named as “Top Employer China 2018” from Top Employers Institute, hitting the honored title for 11 years in a row. Released on December 4, 2017, the certification has recognized the excellence of SAS China’s human resource sector especially in environment, practice and other aspects.

Following globally unified research process and criteria, Amsterdam-based Top Employers Institute identifies employers with the best human resources conditions in a region based on a research into employers' HR facts in terms with policies and practices. The research is focused on the following 9 aspects: Talent Strategy, Workforce Planning, On-boarding, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Career & Succession Management, Compensation & Benefits, and Culture. Ever since it began to operate in China in 2007, this year marked the 11th year for the China Certification Dinners to be held, and for SAS to be named a Top Employer since then.
