SAS Onboards Orbit Satellite Network for Churn Analytics on SAAS Model

The business pain revolved around OSN’s challenge to manage and reduce customer churn using Analytics to build Churn models. SAS partnered with Huron to come up with an innovative solution based on SAAS as OSN was not too keen on building an in house Analytics set up in the near term.

SAS FIRST engagement with a Regional Media organization on SAAS (Software as a service) model.

SAS via Hossein spearheaded the discussions with Huron and OSN right from the start, understood the business problem, articulated how SAS Analytics can help reduce and manage churn and also expanded it to include Campaign Management in the future.
