Did you know that more than 3 000 Academic institutions around the world use SAS in their teaching and research activities? The idea of creating a community for Educators to meet, share and discuss current topics came from many of you, but we really liked it. Your desire to connect with your peers on a regular basis led us to create a platform for SAS Powered Educators.

Let’s learn, share, and inspire one another

We are meeting once a quarter, each time at a different university in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. We usually meet online but may sometimes offer a hybrid format.

We are putting this platform in your hands. We want to hear from you about what you want in terms of topic selection, and meeting format and frequency.

FEATURED TOPIC for Q2/2023

On June 22nd, 2023, we will be talking to Professor Klaus Vilstrup Pedersen from the Department of IT and Software Development at Business Academy Aarhaus about the topics of using SAS Skill Builder for Students in teaching.

We will hear from him which courses he started with and what his experience is. You will get inspiration to start your own teaching with SAS Skill Builder as the foundation – and you will get the possibility to ask questions to both Prof. Vilstrup and SAS.

Topics will also include how to build a SAS Academic Specialization and how to encourage students to get a digital learning badge and certification.
