SAS Certification Practice Exam: Predictive Modeling Using
SAS Enterprise Miner 6

This practice exam is constructed to test the same knowledge and skills as the Predictive Modeler using SAS Enterprise Miner certification exam. Both the practice exam and the certification exam use a case study format where you are asked to perform tasks in SAS Enterprise Miner and then answer questions. All test items on both exams are multiple-choice, single-answer questions.

Data for the practice exam case study is provided for you so that you can perform the appropriate analyses to answer the questions. You must have access to SAS Enterprise Miner 5 or 6 and be able to load, create, open, and analyze data in SAS Enterprise Miner while taking the practice exam.

You should be aware of the following differences between this practice exam and the official Certification exam:

• The Predictive Modeler using SAS Enterprise Miner exam contains 61 questions. The practice exam contains 50 questions.
• The Certification exam has a time limit of 3 hours, and a timer is provided on each screen to help you track your exam time. There is no timer in the practice exam. To best simulate the actual time allowed for the certification exam, you should allow 2.5 hours for the practice exam.
• The certification exam questions are delivered one per screen. The practice exam is delivered to you in one continuous HTML page.
• Successful performance on the practice exam does not guarantee successful performance on the certification exam.
