By bus

From Chatswood
From Chatswood station, it is approximately a 25-minute bus trip. The North and Western Bus, route 536, destination Gladesville, departs from the western side of Victoria Avenue (this is on the side of the interchange). Alight from the bus, first stop after the lights at the intersection of Penrose Street and Burns Bay Road (After the Shell station). SAS Institute is a short walk from here continuing down the hill (left side of the road). Walk down the hill to the left of the traffic lights until you see the SAS sign.

From the City
From stand C at the Queen Victoria building on York Street, or South Clarence Street, Sydney, take route 254 to Lane Cove. The journey is approximately 45 minutes with buses departing every 30 minutes. These buses travel via North Sydney and St Leonards Station. Alight from the bus at the corner of Cope Street and Burns Bay Road (the last stop in the travel route). SAS is a short walk from here, walk back onto Burns Bay Rd and walk down the hill.

By car

From North / North West
From Epping Road, turn into Centennial Avenue, which becomes Burns Bay Road. Proceed south along Burns Bay Road towards Fig Tree Bridge. You will go through a set of traffic lights at the intersection of Penrose Street and Burns Bay Road (Shell Petrol station on the left hand side and Ampol on the right).   Get into the left lane at this point to turn left at the next set of traffic lights further down the hill (also indicated by a road-side left turn bay and green (vertical) rectangular sign with No. 300 (in white) written in it). Continue down to the right and then straight ahead into the SAS car park.

From South / South West
Follow Victoria Road over the Gladesville Bridge and onto Burns Bay Road.   Cross over the Fig Tree Bridge.  Stay in the left lane once you get over the Gladesville Bridge and head towards Lane Cove (Well marked). After approximately 1.5 km there is a set of traffic lights. Veer left behind the bus shelter and go across the traffic lights and down the hill.  SAS is number 300 Burns Bay Road (You cannot turn right directly into SAS from Burns Bay Road). Continue down to the right and then straight ahead into the SAS car park.

Parking is free

There is designated course attendee parking on the top level as you enter the car park.  Go through the main gates and go up the ramp on the left.

Arrival at SAS

Sign in at reception and make your way to Level 2 where you will be received by the education coordinator. Early morning beverages are served, and you are most welcome to familiarise yourself with our training facilities and take in the magnificent view over Linley Point.
