In addition to the one-off training events, SAS offers training in blocks of days, packaged as an Enterprise Training Agreement (ETA). The ETA is ideal for organisations that require access to ongoing SAS training but are unable to schedule staff in advance. A by product of the Enterprise Training Agreement is that the cost of training is significantly reduced for those organisations that are able to commit to training days in advance.

The ETA gives you the best possible price for bulk training purchase through:

• Certainty around costs. The ETA offer is protected from price increases for 12 months.
• More training for your money. The ETA offers up to 22.5% discount off standard course fees, allowing your organisation to either train more people for the same cost or reduces the total cost of SAS training.
• Reduces the amount of administration required by your organisation. Pay one invoice and take up training as and when required.
• Offers ongoing reporting of the usage of the ETA to assist in planning SAS training.

The ETA is priced with a discount structure relating to the total number of ETA days/units being purchased and must be taken up before the end of 12 months. The following table shows the standard rates for Enterprise Training Agreements.

terms and conditions

1. This offer is effective from 1 January, 2008
2. A customer representative must be designated to serve as the contact to register employees for public courses, and to book on-site courses.
3. The ETA offer applies only to courses and events scheduled in the country of purchase
4. You may choose any number of units at the prescribed fees per block of units
5. ETA units can be used to register for public courses or on-site courses. ETA units are deducted at the following rate, 1 ETA unit per person for 1 public course day; 7 ETA units for 1 on-site/group course day for up to 10 people to attend. ETAs may be used for other SAS Education Services offered in Australia and New Zealand (eg Self-Paced eLearning, BKS courses, etc). Please contact your SAS Education Account Manager to discuss specific rates for non-standard services.
6. ETA units expire 12 months from the date of issue. All public courses must be registered and attended within this timeframe. On-site courses must be completed within this timeframe.
7. Class, seminar and conference sizes are limited and space is not guaranteed. On-site courses are limited to 10 students per class.
8. SAS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any public or on-site course or seminar. Public courses require a minimum of three attendees to proceed.
9. SAS Education Services will issue a reference number upon receipt of its ETA payment. You may begin using ETA units as soon as you receive the reference number.
10. No other discounts are applicable
11. ETA fees are non-refundable and non-transferable for other SAS products and/or services.
12. Students attending courses under the ETA are extended all the same benefits and services generally associated with SAS training courses.
13. Standard cancellation policies apply to courses paid via ETA.
14. Substitutions are accepted at any time prior to the event, subject to the new attendee meeting course pre-requisites.
