We want to make your experience with SAS® as positive and productive as possible, and we do this by providing you with a point of contact for all your questions, by running programmes to help you get the most from your software and by representing you, the customer, within SAS®  

Within the Customer Loyalty Team, we have over 100 years’ of combined experience at SAS® and have worked across all areas of SAS® functions.  We have a wide range of skills and a passion for helping you to achieve your potential with our software. 

We have a very simple formula to help make sure our customers are achieving the greatest return on their investment in SAS® and that is, to help ensure that all the contributing factors are working in harmony when making those important business decisions - People, Technology, Data and Process.
