Below is a list of the various conference registration options. Be sure to register early and save money on conference fees. Also check out the special rates and discounts listed at the bottom of the page.
Included in the registration fees: Admission to all conference sessions, the Networking Hall, meals and receptions on Monday and Tuesday.
If you are planning to take pre- or post-conference training or certification, you will be prompted to choose your options when you register. Training and certification are add-on, extra-fee events. The SAS training courses and certification exams are offered to conference attendees at a significant discount off the standard course fees.

Free Conference Passes for Students
Full-time enrolled students of accredited, degree-granting academic institutions may attend this conference free of charge. The free pass is for the conference only. Students may attend pre- or post-conference training at 50% off the standard price. This discount will automatically apply when you register as a student. Proof of eligibility is required. Please scan and email us documentation proving your eligibility such as a copy of your current class schedule. You will be contacted if we have questions about your eligibility.
Professors, teachers and other faculty members from accredited universities receive 50% off the conference price, as well as pre- and post-conference training. This discount will automatically apply when you register as an Academic. Proof of eligibility is required. Please scan and email us documentation proving your eligibility such as a letter signed by your department head verifying your employment. You will be contacted if we have questions about your eligibility.
Team Discount Rates
Bring your colleagues to Analytics 2015 and save even more! Team discounts are available for five or more attendees from the same organization. All organizations must apply for a team discount by Oct. 9. All team members must be registered by Oct. 16.
Team discount eligibility
All team members attending Analytics 2015 must be employed by the same organization and named at the same time. If you do not have all the names, you can list placeholders, but we need to know the number of team members to be sure the discount level is agreed upon upfront. Team discounts are only available on the standard and early-bird registration prices. Team discounts are not available at the on-site registration. Team discounts are for the conference only. Team discounts are not available for pre- or post-conference training.
Team discount process
Designate one person in your organization as the team manager and collect the names of your team members. You can have a few placeholders if you do not have all the names, but we need to make sure the discount level is agreed upon upfront. Submit your request on the Team Discount Application Form. The conference registrar will contact you with instructions for registering your team members. If a team does not meet the minimum number of team member registrations for the level, the fees will be recalculated to the appropriate level based on the number of actual team members registered. Team discounts will not be recalculated if additional attendees are registered from the same organization.
Team discount FAQs
Can we pay for all team members on one invoice?
Billing is per transaction; therefore we cannot do a master invoice. Each registration is charged as the individual completes the registration form.
How do the team members register?
It is the responsibility of the team manager to pass along the discount code to each member of the team.
Can attendees from the same country but different organizations form a team?
There is no team discount available by country. All team members must be from the same organization.
Can the discount be applied after someone registers?
No. The discount is only valid at the time of registration. The team discount may not be added after a person has registered.

SAS® Training Points
Save up to 30% on SAS training when you pre-purchase training in bulk. If your organization already participates in the SAS Training Points program, you can use your points to pay for the conference as well as pre- and post-conference training. One point equals one dollar so the prices match the Standard Pricing column. To pay for the conference with SAS Training Points*, enter discount code EDUPTSCON. To pay for pre- or post-conference training with SAS Training Points, enter discount code EDUPTS.
Enterprise Professional Training Offer (EPTO)
If your organization has EPTO units*, you can use them to pay for the conference. EPTO unit pricing has been listed for each conference option. To pay for the conference with EPTO units, enter discount code EDUEPTOCON. To pay for pre- or post-conference training with EPTO units, enter discount code EDUEPTO.

*When paying for the conference or training with SAS Training Points or EPTO units, no other discount applies.
To cancel your registration, please modify your registration online or or notify us in writing by Oct. 5 to receive a full refund. After that date, there will be a $100 processing fee for each cancellation. After Oct. 19, the registration fee is nonrefundable. No refunds will be honored for pre-conference training after Oct. 5. Cancellation requests may be sent via email to the registrar, or follow the instructions on your confirmation email to manage your cancellation. Please allow three to four working days for credit card refunds; allow up to three weeks for personal check refunds.
Online registrations must be paid in full by credit card. SAS accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and Diners Club. Make sure the billing address on the payment screen reflects the address on your credit card statement. Your card will be immediately charged for your registration fees upon hitting "Submit."
