Einar is the producer and co initiator of the SAS Global Hackathon program as well as the lead the sponsorship program for all SAS flagship events. With more than 25 years of experience in the software industry, he brings deep expertise and a strong track record of leading international teams across complex B2B sales, operations, and business development.
Specializing in driving and executing change strategies, Einar is known for ensuring that transformation not only starts—but succeeds. His passion lies in business development, where his creativity and non traditional approach have consistently enabled strong outcomes in challenging and highly complex environments.
A native of Norway, Einar holds a degree in Finance and Business Controlling. Before entering the IT industry, he worked across seven countries in the hotel and tourism sector. Today, Einar and his family reside in Sweden.
