As EMEA Industry CxP Lead at SAS, my main goal is Business Development and Industry Growth. I’m managing Customer Experience Practice of 9 Industries in EMEA. As a team we are supporting Customer Digital Transformation & Innovation, defining, and executing regional SAS Industry strategy in collaboration with Customers and sales organization in different EMEA/AP Regions.
I’m driving Insurance Practice myself, leveraging 10+ years of experience as Customer advisory in Financial Services.
My career has focused on working with Customers, Partners and thought leaders globally, shaping and sharing Company positioning, collating and innovating industry specific propositions and driving Executive Industry boards at EMEA level. Working in a Tech company, important part of my activities is related to collaboration with Alliances and Channels, Global product and Marketing, Strategic Initiative teams helping to effectively map and translate Customer needs to Company technological offerings.
I’m based in Milan, Italy, I have two University degrees in Human Arts and Science and in Business Analytics & Data Science and for almost 15 years I worked with SAS Customers in EMEA, analyzing their business processes, market opportunities and needs and guiding them on technology and process innovation to efficiently face market challenges and succeed in their Customer-centric approach.
