Confirmation & Payment

  • Payment should be made prior to the commencement of course. Cheque should be made payable to SAS Institute Sdn Bhd. Please attention the cheque to “SAS MY Education” enclosed in an envelope. Alternatively, please email us to arrange cheque collection.
  • Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be applied to your tax invoice. GST is 6% of the course fee at Malaysia.

Cancellation Policy

  • Fees are fully refundable if notification in writing is received at least 10 days prior to the scheduled start date of a course; after that a “No Show” fee of 100% of the course fee will be applicable. Substitutes (name changes) are accepted at any time prior to the course. SAS Institute reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the above course at its own discretion. The customer will be notified approximately 1 week before the start sate of a course if there is a possibility or rescheduling.


  • No registration will be processed unless this form is completed with authorized signature and company chop.
  • A confirmation letter together with an invoice will be sent to you before the scheduled date of the course.
