Enrolment

Public Training

The net course fee for each public training event is indicated in the calendar. This fee includes instruction by a SAS expert in English, course material set up in English, access to the learning environment, 3-month support (by e-mail) after the event about the topics that have been discussed.

You can register directly on our website by choosing your preferred training in our online calendar or you can send us a purchase order or standard booking form by e-mail.

A course booking is official upon receipt of your written reservation. Please note that upon receipt of an electronic course registration, we will acknowledge the receipt. The confirmation is sent afterwards as stated below :

In-person classroom training

the confirmation with the practical information of the training will be sent by e-mail at the latest 5 working days before the scheduled course start.

Online classroom training

The individual confirmation mail together with the instructions for participation as well as a request for action to take upfront, is sent out to the participant 5 days before the start of the training by the automated system on which we depend. Hence, for this type of training, we strongly advise to register at the latest 5 working days before the training starts, to avoid a general delay at the startup of the event due to unprepared participants.

Company Specific Training

Special pricing conditions are applicable on group sessions organized at SAS Belgium, SAS Luxembourg or at your premises. We recommend you to consider a group session as from 4 course participants onwards.

Please contact the Customer Training Team for a detailed offer in which we take into account your preferred training content and customizations, timing, language and location (in case of In-Person training) or training online. Dates and location will be agreed upon together.

E-Learning

The net training fee for each e-learning course is indicated in the online calendar.
You can register directly on our website by choosing your preferred training in our calendar or you can send us a purchase order or standard booking form by e-mail.

Take into account when planning your e-Learning course, that the license period of your activation code starts running as from the date you register (not the date you actually activate your license or start your e-learning course).

Certification Exam

Certification exams are planned on an ad hoc basis.  We can inform you by e-mail about the price, possible dates and availability.

>You can register by sending us the name of the Certification of your choice, the date of the exam as well as your invoicing coordinates or send us a purchase order containing this information by e-mail.  The confirmation mail with instructions is sent 10 working days before the scheduled examination day.

Postponement / cancellation / substitution

If a subscription to a training, workshop or coaching event needs to be postponed or needs to be canceled, inform SAS as soon as possible to avoid cancellation costs.

Public Training

In-person Classroom Training

Fees are fully refundable if notification of postponement or cancellation of your participation is received by phone, mail, or e-mail at least 10 working days prior to the scheduled (start) date of the session.

If we are notified of postponement or cancellation of your participation 9 to 5 working days before the event's (start) date, 50 % of the fee will be invoiced. After that the full fee will be charged.

Your participation can be postponed 2 times in a time lapse of one year (365 days).  The participation will be invoiced upon your first postponement. E.g. Registration 1 February, postponed to 7 March, postponed to 25 April: the event is invoiced in March.  If you want to postpone again till after 25th April, a new registration is requested, and the same rule applies.  Keep in mind that cancellation or postponement in this case should always be done 10 working days before the event.  Else our primary cancellation conditions prevail.

Substitutions (replacement of the participant) are accepted free of extra cost at any time prior to the event.

Online Classroom Training (Virtual, Live Web)

Cancellation is free of charge if the notification is received on the day you receive your e-Learning activation code and when the e-Learning has not been activated yet.  In any other case, the full fee will be charged.

Invoicing and payment

All invoices are due net thirty (30) days, except for e-Learning.
Applicable taxes are additional.

For Public or Company Specific Events :

Invoices are sent during the month in which the last day of your event is taking place, unless agreed otherwise.

For e-Learning:

Since the license period of your e-Learning starts on the day the activation code is in your possession, our invoices are sent upon receipt of the activation code.
Payment is due seven (7) days.

For Certification exams:

Invoices are sent on the day your certification exam is confirmed by us. Even if you are postponing your participation afterwards.

 

 

The term “Training” as described, covers Training Courses, Workshops, Coaching and Knowledge Transfer.

SAS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any training event in case of force majeure, in case of public training also if insufficient number of registrations.
Should a course have to be rescheduled due to force majeure, we will endeavor to provide a written notification at least five days before the course start date.
