Before officially registering:

  • Create a SAS profile. This is required.
  • If you are a team lead, you will want to know the specific track your team will be participating in. Additionally, the team must provide a description of the real-world challenge — a business or humanitarian issue — it plans to tackle.
  • If you are a team member, make sure you and your team have established a team name and one team lead, as this will be a required input on the registration page.
  • If you are interested in joining a team, you can connect on SAS Hacker’s Hub and find teams looking for additional teammates.

What happens after registering:

  • Once you've successfully submitted your application, you'll receive an email confirming your registration and the specific steps you must take before your application is complete. Failure to do so means your application will not be considered.
  • Next, your application will be reviewed by the SAS Hackathon team, and we will reach out to you to confirm your participation status.
