A Team Performance Assessment is delivered by experienced SAS^® Education specialists. Our experts have both an in depth knowledge of SAS and know how to apply it in a commercial context. We will start by mapping your processes against roles and reviewing the time taken to perform tasks. We will help you tune-up any behaviours and attitudes that have a direct impact on the efficiency of your teams. Finally, we will document a prioritised set of recommendations; these will identify any "quick wins" and any long term changes that can be made.

Service Deliverables

• Once the assessment is completed, SAS Education specialists will provide you with a detailed performance plan documenting a prioritised list of recommendations, any known constraints, recommended delivery mechanisms and skills matrices aligned with your organisation's objectives.
