Students
Full-time students get to attend SAS Innovate for free! Secure your spot with a $50 deposit, refundable upon arrival at the conference. (Spaces are limited; book early.)
Students can also take certification exams for free. Simply sign up for an exam time, and the $50 fee will be refunded upon completion of the exam.

Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policies
Payment Policy: Registrations require payment via credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
General Attendee Cancellation and Refund Policy: Substitutions are welcome at any time. To cancel your registration and receive a full refund, please modify your registration or notify us via email by March 31. From March 31 to April 15, a $100 processing fee will be charged for each cancellation. After April 15, the registration fee is nonrefundable. No refunds will be provided for pre-conference add-ons after March 25. To manage your cancellation, follow the instructions in your confirmation email or send your cancellation request to the registrar at SASInnovate@sas.com.
Student Cancellation and Refund Policy: To cancel your registration and receive a full refund, please modify your registration or notify us via email by March 31. From March 31 to April 15, a $25 processing fee will be charged for each cancellation. After April 15, the registration fee is nonrefundable. No refunds will be provided for pre-conference add-ons after March 25. Your $50 deposit will be fully refunded upon completion of the event. Guest Pass Policy: There are a limited number of guest passes available exclusively for SAS Innovate After Hours. Please note that guests must be over 21, and passes are limited to one guest per attendee while supplies last. Guest passes are $150 and include transportation to and from the event, food and beverages, and entertainment. All guests must have a SAS Innovate Guest Pass. Guest pass substitutions are welcome at any time.

Group Cancellation and Refund Policy: Due to the deep discounts received for group registrations and the step-level pricing, we cannot offer refunds or adjustments under any circumstances. Group registration codes are transferable but nonrefundable and will be emailed to the purchaser within two business days after payment is received.
