• Adobe Flash Player 8 or later
• Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP
• Mac OS X v10.4-10.6
• Microsoft Internet Explorer 7, 8 or later, Mozilla Firefox 3.x
• Screen resolution set to 1024x768

Audio

The audio for these events is delivered through Voice over IP. For this you will need some headphones or headset which you can plug into your PC.

Test your connection to the Session

Interactive live sessions are delivered via a web conference. You can test that you can connect successfully by performing a diagnostic test for your computer. This will check for the supported version of Flash Player and the Acrobat Connect Add-in, among other items; however, you do not need the Add-in to connect to the session.

Check that you can view a preview class:

On the page that appears,

• select "Enter as a Guest"
• type your name
• select the "Enter Room" button

Once this preview loads, you will see a slide show that advances slides every 4 seconds. If you see this, then your system is ready for the session. Read the Live Web Quick Reference guide (PDF).
