To be eligible a participant must complete a competition card (the ‘Competition Card’) at the SAS Innovate on Tour event in Liverpool on the 16th of June 2026 (the ‘Event’). To complete a Competition Card a participant must detail their contact details on the Competition Card, visit six of the 14 stands at the Event and collect the corresponding stamps on the Competition Card. Once all six stamps are collected, the Competition Card must be deposited into the designated glass bowl at the SAS area of the Event by 4pm on 16th June 2026, at which point the participant will gain entry into this prize draw.

Terms and Conditions of participation in the ‘Signed Liverpool FC jersey’ prize draw

1. This prize draw (“Prize Draw”) is promoted by SAS Software Limited whose registered office is at Wittington House, Henley Road, Medmenham, Buckinghamshire SL7 2EB (“SAS”).
   
   
2. To enter the Prize Draw, a participant must have completed the Competition Card with their name, contact details and 6 stamps, and have submitted the Competition Card on the day of the Event (16th June 2026) before the Prize Draw closing at 4pm only (“Entry Period”). Submission for the Prize Draw by way of completing and submitting the Competition Card must occur on this date only.
   
   
3. All participants in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Demark, Sweden, Norway and Finland who have completed and submitted the Competition Card during the Entry Period are eligible to participate, subject to these terms and conditions.
   
   
4. Submission for the Prize Draw is only valid if participants complete and submit the Competition Card with all six stamps and where the participant’s surname, first name and e-mail address are stated. Participants are responsible for the accuracy of the given e-mail address, first name, surname, and organisation and stamps collected on the Competition Card.
   
   
5. A participant must submit the Competition Card on their own behalf only to be eligible for the prize draw.
   
   
6. The winners of the Prize Draw will be picked by SAS at random.
   
   
7. There is no cost for taking part in the Prize Draw.
   
   
8. Entry is open to anyone who is (i) a resident in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway or Finland; (ii) of 18 years or older; (iii) is attending the Event; and iv) submits a valid Competition Card
   
   
9. Employees of SAS, SAS contractors and/or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the Prize Draw or helping to set up the Prize Draw shall not be permitted to enter it. SAS Partner companies are also excluded from entry. Individuals, such as, but not limited to, certain government employees, who are prohibited by the terms of their employment or applicable law from participating in this promotion, are not eligible.
   
   
10. The winner will be announced at the main stage at the end of the Event. If the winner is not present at the event SAS will use reasonable efforts to contact the winner and send the gift.
    
    
11. SAS reserves the right to cancel or amend the Prize Draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of an event outside of its control. Any changes to the Prize Draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by SAS.
    
    
12. There is no cash alternative or substitute available for the prize. SAS reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
    
    
13. The prize for the individual will be one signed Liverpool FC jersey. The winner will receive one Liverpool FC jersey only. For the avoidance of doubt- a total of one Liverpool FC jersey will be won by a total of one participant.
    
    
14. Only one entry into the Prize Draw is permitted per person.
    
    
15. Entry into the Prize Draw will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. SAS reserves the right to exclude participants from the draw in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions.
    
    
16. Should any individual provisions of these conditions of participation be or become ineffective, this shall not affect the legal validity of the remaining provisions. It will be replaced by an appropriate regulation that most closely approximates the purpose of the invalid provision.
    
    
17. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS SAS’S LIABILITY FOR (I) DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE; (II) FRAUD OR FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION, OR (III) ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED BY LAW. SUBJECT TO THE PREVIOUS SENTENCE, BY ENTERING INTO THE PRIZE DRAW, YOU RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SAS, ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY OR ANY INJURIES, LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROMOTION OR ACCEPTANCE/USE OF THE PRIZE. SAS MAKES NO WARRANTY, GUARANTEE OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND CONCERNING ANY PRIZE, AND SAS DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, WARRANTY OF FITNESS AND ANY OTHER IMPLIED WARRANTY.
    
    
18. SAS assumes no liability for accidents, illnesses, theft or other events that occur as an outcome of this Prize Draw.
    
    
19. By entering the competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the competition entry may be held and used only by SAS to administer the competition. SAS places great value in fair information practices. Your information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
    
    
20. The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
