Where Human Ingenuity Meets AI in Action
What does real AI impact look like when it’s accountable, governed, and delivering measurable results today?
In this 90 minute session, we showcase how leading organizations are moving AI from promise to practice—combining human expertise and advanced analytics to drive real business outcomes. You’ll see how domain knowledge, responsible design, and intelligent systems work together to power better decisions at scale.
We explore what makes AI truly enterprise ready, starting with trust. Learn how organizations are embedding transparency, accountability, and governance across the AI lifecycle—and why trustworthy AI is becoming a competitive advantage, not just a requirement.
You’ll then see how these capabilities come together on the SAS Viya platform, where teams are shortening time to value, scaling innovation, and operationalizing AI with confidence. From copilots to autonomous agents, AI is accelerating across the analytics lifecycle—delivering impact where it matters most.
This isn’t a vision of what might happen someday.
It’s what’s delivering value now—and how you can put it to work in your organization.

From Martech to Growth Engine: Scaling Customer Intelligence with Data & AI
As organizations invest heavily in MarTech, customer data platforms and AI, many teams still struggle to translate these technologies into measurable business impact. Fragmented data, disconnected tools, and increasing privacy requirements make it difficult to operationalize customer intelligence at scale.
At the same time, Agentic AI is redefining how marketing operates—moving beyond static automation to systems that can orchestrate journeys, optimize decisions in real time, and continuously learn from data. This enables teams to automate execution, while focusing human effort on higher-value activities like strategy, creativity, and growth.
This track explores how modern marketing and analytics teams are bridging the gap between data science, marketing analytics and marketing technology to power smarter customer engagement. Across sessions on data foundations, AI-driven decisioning and real-time journey orchestration, you’ll learn how organizations:
- Automate and scale marketing workflows
- Continuously improve with AI-driven learning
- Deliver the right offer, at the right time, through the right channel
Join SAS experts, partners and customers as they share practical approaches to connecting data, analytics and activation—moving from fragmented campaigns to orchestrated, AI-driven customer experiences that drive measurable growth and ROI.
