Topic of the Challenge:
Today, customers are bombarded with messages, ads, and commercials from companies. Millions of marketing campaigns are triggered every day. And in a digitalized world country boarders do not exist and a customer can be reached from any company in the world, 24 h/day, seven days a week. But are we really reaching the customers? Do they respond to the campaigns? Are they even seeing the communications and campaigns? The answer is no!
The main reaction from the customers are that they are fed up with all commercials and communication. The only way of reaching the customers is by being relevant. In this case we will use advanced analytics and insights in building a Next Best Action model to create relevance.
