SAS is conveniently located off Interstate 40, Exit 287, at Harrison Avenue. Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU) is the closest airport, about 10 minutes away.

There will be reserved event parking spaces in the Building C parking lot. All visitors are asked to stop at the security gate to check in. See a high-level map of SAS campus.

Hotel and Shuttle Service

Hotel arrangements are the responsibility of individual conference attendees. Please book your flights into and out of Raleigh-Durham International Airport.

Please contact the following preferred hotels for the availability of a SAS rate. The SAS rate and hotel rooms are subject to availability. Some preferred hotels may offer shuttle service to/from the SAS campus. Check with the hotel for details.

Registration and Fees

Registration is free, compliments of SAS, and includes conference materials, admission to all sessions and meals. It does not include hotel expenses or travel arrangements to Cary, North Carolina.
