Edwin is adviseur Analytics & AI bij SAS. Hij studeerde Wiskunde aan de TU Eindhoven en werkte eerder als onderzoeker en manager bij KPN Research, Essent en TNO. Edwin adviseert organisaties bij hun digitale transitie en de toepassing van Machine Learning en Optimalisatie voor betere besluitvorming in operationele processen.

Als winnaar van de SAS Hackathon weet Colin wat er nodig is om inzichten in handen te geven aan de mensen die daadwerkelijk beslissen. A.d.h.v. concrete voorbeelden en best- practices presenteert Colin hoe analytics geoperationaliseerd wordt binnen verschillende gebruiksscenario's, zoals het optimaliseren van voedselproductie en het leveren van inzichten in afgelegen regio’s om humanitaire hulp in vluchtelingen kampen te verbeteren.
