Lisa Loftis of the SAS Best Practice team (formerly of Baseline Consulting Group) is a CRM, CEM, and BI expert with 25 years of experience assisting organizations with customer strategy.  She has worked with numerous large organizations in North America, South America, Europe, and the United Kingdom on all aspects of successful BI and CRM.  She specializes in combining technology necessary to support CRM and BI business strategies with organizational structures, executive leadership, and cultural factors required to migrate an organization toward effective implementation customer strategies.  Ms. Loftis has a strong background in the application of CRM, CEM, BI, data governance and quality principles and cross-functional business strategies in the Banking, Investment, Insurance, Telecommunications, Retail, Utilities, Entertainment, Manufacturing and Distribution, and Automotive Roadside Assistance industries. Lisa speaks frequently at national and international conferences, and has co-authored the book Building the Customer-Centric Enterprise, (John Wiley & Sons).


Analise Polsky,
SAS Business Solutions Manager

Analise Polsky is SAS Best Practice’s resident millennial and Business Solutions Manager. Her data enthusiasm began with her academic research in Anthropology and Economics, which gave her the opportunity to work on a series of research projects around the world. While completing her Master’s degree in Public Health, Analise developed a desire to learn more about the connection of culture to technology and organizational behaviors. She parlayed this interest into years of technical training on a variety of software and data management applications, and her ongoing work as a trusted advisor to SAS customers. Analise has been trained to question the status quo – a useful trait when it comes to assessing customers’ data management, experience initiatives, analytics and customer loyalty programs.
