Casper is one of SAS Institute’s foremost EMEA specialists on Cloud & Data Strategy, how to Operationalizing Analytics and compliance in a big data context. He sees the task as a strong opportunity to for organizations to become truly data-driven. Casper advises clients all over the World on how to ensure compliance to all legislation and privacy issues as well as how to the most value out of your Data while ensure good data practices to ensure an ethical approach to analyses on sensitive data.
David Cosgrave
Customer Success Director, SAS EMEA
David Cosgrave is the Customer Success Director for SAS Middle East & Africa. David has been with SAS for 7 years in a Customer Advisory role, handling banking, telco, insurance, and retail analytical projects and supporting the modernization of Cloud for many South African companies. In his role in Customer Success, he supports SAS customers in their usage, adoption, and value realization of SAS technologies.

Advisory Business Solutions Manager, SAS Africa
Craig has over 25 years of experience in the South African information technology industry covering disciplines of Data Governance and Information Management, Big Data Analytics, and Model Operations and Deployment. He currently holds the position of Advisory Business Solution Manager within the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey Customer Advisory team, focusing on SAS Solutions that address business problems related to Model Operations and Deployment, Advanced Analytics, and Data Management at SAS Institute. His specialties include Enterprise Architecture, Big Data Analytics, Model Operations and Deployment, Information Management, and Data Governance.
Sane Masondo
Senior Customer Success Manager, SAS Africa
Sane joined SAS as a Senior Customer Success Manager focused on supporting customers in the banking sector. Her career began in account management, which later developed into a service and technical focus because of the market drivers to be more client-centric. With 12 years of experience in IT, software and services with multinational brands such as Microsoft, IBM, Experian as well as SAGE Pastel & Altron locally to name a few- her happy place is the dance between client-facing relationship management and ensuring clients receive a great experience through trusted service delivery.
