As Global Customer Advocacy Program Manager at SAS, Shaw manages the SAS Analytics Explorers program. He previously managed the SAS Webinar Program, Virtual Events, Online Chat and the Voice of Customer Program.

He is a regular speaker at conferences and events focusing on improving the customer experience. 


 

Anna Rhyne
Marketing Specialist, SAS

Rhyne manages the SAS Analytics Explorers program for the US. She focuses on building the customer advocacy program by creating new ways to engage with SAS users in a fun, gamified manner.
