Stephen Kelly
Chief Operating Officer, UK Government

Working with Cabinet Office Minister, Francis Maude and leading HM Government’s Efficiency and Reform Program. Stephen was appointed as COO in September 2012 and is responsible for improvements to citizen services whilst also delivering £20bn of efficiency savings by the end of 2014/15.

Previously, Stephen has unique experience as CEO of top performing FTSE Company, Micro Focus (2006-2010) which achieved 7 x market value growth under Stephen’s leadership and was CEO of successful USA NASDAQ public company, Chordiant (Deloitte Top 50 Fastest Growth) between 1998 and 2005. With 30 years’ experience, Stephen has a track record of delivering company growth, success and value creation and has worked out of New York, California and Europe.

Mark Wilkinson
Managing Director, SAS UK & Ireland

Mark Wilkinson joined as Managing Director SAS UK & Ireland in April 2012. Mark is responsible for the entire UK and Ireland operations and reports to Mikael Hagstrom, Executive Vice President APAC and EMEA, who is based at SAS headquarters in Cary, North Carolina, US.

Mark is dedicated to ensuring that businesses are able to make sense of the big data they hold using the transformative power of high-performance analytics.

Before joining SAS, Mark spent five years at Oracle, latterly as Vice-President-Applications for the UK. Prior to this appointment, he was responsible for Enterprise Performance Management and Business Intelligence businesses in Oracle UK and MEA regions. Before joining Oracle, Mark spent seven years in various senior management roles at Hyperion. He has also held a number of senior management positions in the leasing and telecommunications industries.
