Women in Risk Executive (WiRE)

We are WiRE – Women in Risk Executive.

We are a collective of female leaders in Risk and our allies, united by a shared vision: to see more women rise to leadership in our field. As a unique and diverse group, we are committed to breaking down barriers and opening doors for the next generation of women in Risk and Banking.

At WiRE, we champion change by amplifying diverse voices, fostering strong mentorship, and creating new pathways to leadership. Our mission is to empower women in Risk—not just for today, but for the future.

We love bringing our network together in person! WiRE hosts in-person events at incredible locations, creating space for meaningful connections, fresh perspectives, and shared inspiration. These gatherings aren’t just about networking—they’re about championing the advancement of women leaders in the risk industry. Whether you're a regular or it's your first time joining us, our events are designed to energize, empower, and elevate every voice in the room.
