Women are under-represented around the financial services leadership table.
We want to change that, recognising the amazing talent in the industry.
SAS recognise you as a female leader in Risk, and we want to invite you to our inaugural Women in Risk Executive (WiRE) in-person meet-up in London on 21st May. Over good food and drinks, we will discuss how we can champion the cause of women in Risk, knowing that your success strengthens the entire industry.
We have a collective responsibility to embrace diversity and inclusion along with helping allyship, mentoring and support across Risk in the banking industry. Our first event will seek to hear from you on what we can do together to raise the profile of women professionals in banking and unlock the potential of those who work within it.
Please come along to discuss and share your experiences on:
- What is means to be a Women in Risk, and what the future holds.
- The hurdles overcome which serve as lessons to others, and those hurdles which remain which we are yet to conquer.
- How can we collaborate to ‘move the needle’ and increase the representation of women in Risk leadership roles.
- How can we build a network for Women in Risk to gain access to like-minded professionals that can support them when needed?
- Risk Management and innovation – how can we tackle new risks and leverage new technology to thrive?
- In a changing world and uncertain times, why and how does risk management need to evolve?
