Post NRF 2022 Trends and Analysis

About this event

Were you unable to attend NRF - Retail's Big Show last month? Are you curious about what happened? Well, we have you covered with our online post NRF trends analysis event on the 17th February 2022 where we will reveal all the key takeaways.

We’re also delighted to announce Lisa Byfield-Green - Research Director from Retail Week - as our Keynote Speaker. Lisa will talk about what the future holds for retail, based on her acclaimed ‘Retail Horizon 2022’, and the key strategies retailers should be considering in order to succeed. They’ll also be a session from Ali Rezvan – the highly successful retail technology expert from Microsoft.

We’ve also enlisted the help of our technical experts who will be running breakout sessions on key areas, including Customer Experience, Fraud, Demand Planning, and Digital Experience. All will be run in parallel on the day and will be available to download and watch after the event so you can tune in to anything you may have missed!

Breakout Sessions:

Breakout Session One: Customer Experience

Now more than ever, a seamless customer experience is essential for retailers to retain and entice new customers. Understanding what the individual customer journey is and communicating with this customer, across all channels, is what sets retailer apart. Join us in our Customer Experience the future session where we will discuss SAS Customer intelligence 360 and how using advanced analytics across the customer journey can give you actionable decisions to personalise your customer's experience.

Breakout Session Two: Fraud

Fraud, and especially point of sale fraud, makes a significant contribution to overall shrinkage and poses a major challenge for all loss prevention teams. Compared to banks or insurers, which can afford to hire extensive teams of fraud analysts and spend millions on software, retailers have much more limited resources and need to find ways to do more with less. Join us in our Fraud Retail breakout session to learn how.

Breakout Session Three: Predict and Plan: Demand planning for retailers

Digitisation is making the Supply Chain faster, more intelligent, connected, and autonomous. The need for agile, accurate demand planning has never been greater, and planning for shopper needs, shipping, and potential disruption has never been easier. Our solution predicts forward-looking demand signals of where, how, and when sales will happen, then recommends balanced, profitable commercial plans across all your channels and customers. Because the solution is fully automated, your demand plans will always be up to date, and you’ll stay informed of any changes. Join our Predict and Plan Webinar to showcase our unique solution planning solution.

Breakout Session Four: Digital Experience: Using Models ops and intelligence decisioning

Research shows that only about 50% of analytical models are ever put in production, with the other half simply sat on the shelf in the data lab gathering dust! To overcome this challenge, organisations are seeking a better approach to model management. One that enables them to develop, register, deploy, monitor, and retrain models against operational systems and business processes in a systematic, governed, and traceable manner. Do you want to engage analytically powered real-time customer interactions and automate operational business decisions at scale with enhanced precision, speed, and agility? Join this session to understand about ModelOps & Intelligent Decisioning.
