Executive Roundtable Dinner
Future-Proofing the Bottom Line: Finance Leader’s Roundtable on Payment Integrity at Scale
Tuesday, 2 December 2025 | 4-7pm MST
Upper Bistro Room
Vintage Chophouse & Tavern
320 11 Ave SW, Calgary
Finance leaders are under pressure to protect cash, prove control, and fund growth. Yet typical organizations lose ~5% of revenue to errors, fraud, and procurement leakage. In capital-intensive sectors like utilities, energy, oil & gas, even 1–2% can mean $50M+ recovered annually.
In the age of artificial intelligence and machine learning, organizations are using AI to move beyond annual audits — into real-time, proactive control at procurement fraud detection and security intelligence.
Join 15 finance leaders for an exclusive roundtable discussion over a complimentary wine experience with food pairing.
The event aims to provide a platform to discuss
Key Take-aways:
- Where errors and fraud most often slip through in high-volume, capital-intensive operations — and how your peers are experiencing it
- How finance leaders are moving beyond manual audits into AI-enabled proactive controls — and the tangible results they’re achieving
- Key challenges and practical steps to embed integrity into finance and procurement teams, aligned with board and audit expectations
- Strategies to future-proof into 2026 — AI, predictive modeling, and rising expectations from vendors and regulators
To encourage open and candid dialogue, this session will be held under the Chatham House Rule.
