Travel arrangements to Nice, France, are the responsibility of individual guests.
Please book your flights into and out of Nice airport.

Accommodation
SAS offers a 2-day hotel arrangement with arrival on Tuesday, November 14 and departure on Thursday November 16.

As part of the SAS delegation you have the possibility to extend your stay over the weekend at your own expense. SAS negotiated a discounted room rate in the case you would like to stay the weekend. (159 Euros for a standard room instead of the normal 189 Euros).
Extended stays (from November 16 onwards) are to be arranged with the hotel directly.

Registration and Fees
Registration is free, compliments of SAS, and includes conference materials, admission to all sessions and meals on November 15 and 16. It does include a 2 night stay at Hyatt Regency Nice Palais de la Méditerranée. It does not include travel, extra’s or an extended stay.

Suggested attire is business casual.
